My Story

My artistic journey began with pencil and charcoal, drawing realistic portraits that captured the emotional weight of the human face. Over time, I studied figure drawing at the Vitruvian Fine Art Studio in Chicago. I mastered oil portrait painting at Gage Academy of Art in Seattle, building a strong foundation in classical realism that continues to echo in my work today.
Alongside Western techniques, I am deeply rooted in traditional Arabic art. I studied Arabic calligraphy at the Royal Institute of Traditional Arts in Riyadh, and the elegant rhythm of Arabic script often finds its way into my abstract paintings, adding layers of meaning, identity, and spiritual beauty.
My artistic voice evolved further through live drawing and painting sessions at the Misk Art Institute in Riyadh, where I learned to capture energy, gesture, and emotion in real-time.
Now based in the Pacific Northwest, I work primarily in oil paint, charcoal, and pencil, moving fluidly between abstraction and representation. My process is intuitive yet refined, guided by emotion and a deep sensitivity to color, composition, and imperfection.
Each piece I create seeks a balance between softness and strength, quiet energy and expressive detail. My art resonates most with those who value authenticity, culture, and emotional depth.
